Michael Kojo Opata, born on 13th July 1980, is the founder and driving force behind Organised Real Estate. His journey into the real estate and construction industry is one built on perseverance, hard work, determination, and a genuine desire to help people find better places to live.

Michael comes from a family with strong roots and a connection to the building industry. His father, who was from Krobo, was a builder, while his mother is from an Ashanti background. Growing up around his father’s work gave Michael an early understanding of construction, craftsmanship, and the importance of creating strong and lasting structures.

However, his journey was not an easy one.

After spending some time in the United Kingdom, Michael returned to Ghana in 2006 with the determination to build something of his own. Rather than waiting for opportunities to come to him, he decided to create his own path in the construction and property industry.

He started on a relatively small scale, supplying and selling building blocks. What began as a simple business gradually became an opportunity to understand the construction industry from the ground up. Through hard work, persistence, and experience, he moved beyond supplying building materials and began constructing homes and properties for clients.

The journey from selling building blocks to becoming a real estate developer and property professional was filled with challenges. There were difficult seasons, financial pressures, disappointments, and moments when the road ahead was uncertain. But Michael remained committed to his vision.
